Blackwall Basin and Community Park
Historically the busiest part of the Wharf, today commercial water based activity has ceased in Blackwall Basin. Now the environment here is calmer and more attractive to wildlife. The masterplan will enhance the more natural feel of this area, with a diverse range of habitats for waterfowl. New pontoons and additional moorings will improve access to the water. A spacious park will provide open space to relax and play in.
