As well as homes and office space, the redevelopment of Wood Wharf will offer new shops, bars and restaurants as well as new hotel, recreational and community facilities. The masterplan will also open the site up to allow full public access through Wood Wharf and create new public squares and waterside walks, a new pedestrian high street linking Prestons Road to Canary Wharf, and waterside gardens and parks.
